Start the test
You need to enable popup windows

The first popup appears and should display the text "First Window", then there is a delay of three seconds, and then the second popup appears and will display the text "Second Window".

Internet Explorer and Netscape 4.79 will display "First Window" before the delay but Firefox and SeaMonkey will display it afterwards.

This means Firefox and SeaMonkey are acting out of order and makes it very difficult to write applications like loggers. Everything gets displayed right at the end rather than appearing in proper sequence.
